Engagement Studio is an interactive and <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">aesthetically pleasing way to nurture prospects, partners, legacy customers and more. According to Pardot, these two new features \u201ccome highly requested by Pardot users.\u201d Let\u2019s dive deeper into these exciting new features.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more Read More--><\/p>\n<p><b>Versioning<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Versioning is a new tool that is intended to help Engagement Studio users better understand how changes made to their programs impact their results. <\/span><b>Any changes to program steps will be recorded as a new program \u2018version\u2019 and each version will have a unique name. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A history of the versions, as well as the date and times of the starts and pauses, will be recorded in the new Activities tab (found next to the \u2018Build,\u2019 \u2018Test,\u2019 and \u2018Report\u2019 tabs), making it easy to understand when a program was edited.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-599\" src=\"https:\/\/corraogroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Screen-Shot-2016-11-02-at-12.33.32-PM-265x300.png\" alt=\"Versioning pardot\" width=\"349\" height=\"395\" srcset=\"https:\/\/corraogroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Screen-Shot-2016-11-02-at-12.33.32-PM-265x300.png 265w, https:\/\/corraogroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Screen-Shot-2016-11-02-at-12.33.32-PM.png 615w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 349px) 85vw, 349px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This enables users to easily tweak the steps in their program (change an existing Rule to a different Rule, Action to Action, and Trigger to Trigger) within existing program flow. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Engagement Studio\u2019s reporting has also been updated to display version-specific stats on the Report Cards.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Only steps that were edited will be shown in these statistics.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Program Locking<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Before Program Locking, multiple users could edit Engagement Studio programs at the same time, making it possible for edits to be overwritten or lost in the process. <\/span><b>This new feature prevents multiple users from editing a program at the same time.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now when a user goes to edit an Engagement Studio program, it will be locked. All other users will see a lock icon in the main Engagement Studio table next to the program name.
