VP of Sales

The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the company's sales team and driving revenue growth through the implementation and utilization of Salesforce technology. The ideal candidate will have extensive experiencen in sales, sales management, and Salesforce technology.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the company's overall business strategy.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including setting sales targets, performance standards, and coaching/mentoring programs.
- Oversee the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing, ensuring that all deals are executed with excellence.
- Utilize Salesforce technology to track, analyze, and report on sales performance and pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and execute successful demand-generation programs.
- Manage customer relationships, including negotiating contracts and resolving customer complaints.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to continuously improve the sales process.
- Partner with other business leaders to develop and execute cross-functional strategies that drive sales growth.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary + with uncapped commissions
